Our Shipping Policies

The Urban Vacation strives to deliver your order in the fastest and most efficient manner possible. We work with great vendors who provide the awesome products we offer from our company. 

We ship to the North America & Internationally! We continue to expand our shipping locations.  

With standard shipping, orders are processed within 2-5 business days and on average, take 3-15 business days to arrive.  International orders will arrive process & arrive between 5 to 10 business days.

These dates reflects our best estimate based on average shipping times.

Your orders may arrive in more than 1 shipping package. Shipping for some products Is a Minimum of Two Weeks. 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you need any additional help with tracking your order please contact our customer support. Our team is always happy to help!

Holiday Shipping
Due to the holidays, shipping companies will usually have a high volume of shipping traffic. Shipping companies will require additional time to deliver. We will contact you via email if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

Covid-19 Policy
Due to ongoing production & shipping challenges, we will alert all customers of The Urban Vacation of any shipping delays caused by viral prevention measures. Measures include sanitation measures implemented by our vendors or countries closing their borders restricting international shipping from our vendors.
